Sandra Brandl

Film editor, producer and director.

Sandra Brandl works as a freelance film editor, producer and director.

She edits cinema documentaries, feature films and works freelance for WDR Cologne. Together with Mirjam Leuze she runs the company Topos Film.

She is a lecturer at the University of Darmstadt in the Motion Design programme and is a member of the German Federal Association of Film Editors and the German Film Academy.

Lennart Brauwers

Music Journalist

Lennart Brauwers is a freelance journalist focused on music. He writes album reviews, interviews, and features for outlets including Zeit Online, Deutschlandfunk Kultur, Musikexpress, and Kaput-Mag, where he also runs a column and co-hosts a podcast. He also contributes to publications such as ALL GOOD, Stadtrevue, and Süddeutsche Zeitung, and has written program materials for the Pop-Kultur Festival. Brauwers studied Popular Music and Media at Universität Paderborn and is currently pursuing a master's in Professional Writing at Universität zu Köln.

Gregor Schwellenbach

Composer

Gregor Schwellenbach is a composer, arranger and performer working in contemporary classical, avant pop and electronic club music, as well as in film and TV.

Gregor collaborated regularly with Can’s Irmin Schmidt: as co-composer of the symphony "Can Dialog" for the London Symphony Orchestra and as orchestrator of his film scores. He also collaborated with artists like Lambchop, Kölsch, The Heritage Orchestra and WDR Funkhausorchester.

»Gregor Schwellenbach spielt 20 Jahre Kompakt«, released for the 20th anniversary of the Cologne based techno label in 2013, gained worldwide recognition and was performed live at numerous festivals and in clubs solo or with ensemble.

Gregor Schwellenbach teaches composition at Folkwang University Essen and HfMT Köln.
