PRIOR REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Activities with this label require you to register upfront:

Limited workshops

Some workshops are not included in your accreditation.
If you want to attend, you need to purchase a separate ticket - even if you have a free pass for the conference!

Please understand,...

  • ... that these activities are solely limited to the registered participants.
  • ... that if you are not registered, there is no entry, not even "just for a minute". If you are not on the list - you are not on the list.
  • ... that our staff at the door has no possibility to verify your eligibility. If you should be on the participants list, but you are not, please ask at the accreditations desk.

For SoundTrack_Cologne 23 (2026), the Nathan Larson Workshop on Tuesday, July 14 and all activities of the Women Film Composer Class (WFCC) are limited to registered participants, who purchased a separate ticket.

Matchmaking activities

Our matchmaking activities are included in your accreditation, but require you to register upfront and pick the delegates you want to meet.
We will coordinate the meetings and will send you your matchmaking schedule before the activity. Since the meeting schedule is completely filled up and meeting slots are limited, it's not possible to just pop in and attend.

You can find the details on how to register in each program item in the grid.

BY INVITATION ONLY

It's that the label says: By invitation only. In particular, it means, that...

  • ... these activities are solely limited to the invited participants.
  • ... without an invitation, there is no entry, not even "just for a minute". If you are not on the list - you are not on the list.
  • ... our staff at the door has no possibility to verify your eligibility. If you should be on the participants list, but you are not, please ask at the accreditations desk.

A German flag in the program grid indicates, that the activity is in German language. Usually, because it's a Germany-specific topic.

If the activity is not limited in any other way, you may of course attend it.
