Daisy serves in Leadership as a board member for global organisation the Alliance for Women Film Composers, has been a juror for the BAFTA, Ivor Novello and Music and Sound Awards, was selected as a 2023 Mentee for Women in Film and TV’s prestigious Four Nations Mentoring Scheme, and is currently a mentor for the inaugural PCAM x Balance the Mix Mentorship Scheme designed to support female and gender-expansive music producers and composers.

Melissa Graj has worked for the successful ZDF crime series "Wilsberg" and "Friesland" since 2018 and for the RTL Tuesday crime series „Alpentod“ in 2024/2025. She is currently working as executive producer of the ZDF crime series "Friesland" and also develops new series concepts.

She’s part of Joy Music House, where she’s contributed to score production on projects like the Emmy & Oscar-nominated documentary RBG and Emile Mosseri's Oscar-nominated, BAFTA-winning score for Minari.

She’s also a recent collaborator of The Bookish Song Collective, creating soundtracks inspired by popular novels. Eliane Oesch is a Creative Sync Manager at Wise Music Creative Germany / Bosworth Music (part of international Wise Music Group). She studied Communication and Media Studies at the Université de Fribourg and completed the Popkurs at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg. With a background in music production, composition, and voice work, she bridges both creative and strategic aspects of sync. After completing her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Media Studies at the University of Applied Sciences Mittweida, Regina Reis began her professional career at Alex TV as a Content Scout. There, she discovered TV Noir and helped develop it into a television format together with the team.
Regina volunteered for five years at TV Noir, as an editorial team member and as production manager, continuing her involvement even as the show transitioned to ZDF Kultur.
In 2011, Regina worked at tape.tv as a Producer and Creative Producer, where she produced formats such as Auf den Dächern. In 2012, she moved to BMG Rights Management, where she initially served as a Music Supervisor for daily soaps and as a Manager for Release Coordination in the label division.
In 2017, Regina took on the role of Senior Manager Music Supervision, playing a key role in the department until early 2025. Birgit Schulz’s documentary The Lawyers – a German Story ranked among the top five German documentaries of 2009 and received the Phoenix Documentary Award and two Grimme Awards. As producer of the film Beyond Borders – Stories of Freedom & Friendship, Birgit Schulz was awarded the VFF Documentary Film Production Award.
