For more than a decade, Pia Hoffmann has been the creative hub between directors, producers, composers, record companies and music publishers.

With her perfect team setups and concepts, she finds the balance between her own artistic style and the budgetary possibilities for each project. Clarifications of rights and contract negotiations are also part of her portfolio.

Pia firmly believes in the creative teamwork and the many ways to make music sound: she is responsible for the label Schwesterherz Records and appears regularly on film and music panels.
