Jasmin Reuter was born near Würzburg in 1981. Soon, she followed her passions for music, film and photography. Thus, she started studying "audiovisual media" in Stuttgart. Since she started composing for film. In 2008 and 2009 she went to Berklee College of Music in Boston to deepen her knowledge about film music. She returned to Germany after and completed a postgraduate course about "film music and sound design". In February 2013, she received an invitation for the participation at Filmmusic Masterclass "Berlinale Talents 2013".
Jasmin created several scores for commercials and TV (e.g. ARD, ZDF, Arte, Pro7 and SWR). She composed music for award-winning short and long films, such as "Sunny", 'Zwei Mütter', ’24Wochen’ and ‘Tatort’. Her works have been recorded with Kalistos Chamber Orchestra or german Filmorchestra Babelsberg. Recently, she has finished her works for the animation series "Petzi" (Studio Soi/ZDF), which will broadcasted in 2018.
