COVID-19 regulations
In order to ensure the safety of everybody, there are certain rules and recommendations:
Contact Tracing: A valid and verified contact must be provided with every ticket purchase. Before the start of a panel or workshop you will be seated and your accreditation ID will be noted for this seat. There is no self seating in the venues. In order to ensure the panel to start on time we recommend to arrive early for the panel you want to attend. After each panel you will be asked to leave the room for ventilation purposes.
For the contact tracing reason you will only be allowed to enter a venue with an accreditation badge. Therefore we recommend to arrive on time as you will first have to pick up your badge at the accreditation counter. There might be delays due to COVID-19 related checks.
Online Ticketing: The online platform to purchase accreditations will remain open during the entire conference. We recommend using this platform to buy accreditations.
Local Ticketing: For contact tracing reasons we have to collect ALL personal information during the accreditation process, which will take longer than the usual process of previous years. Therefore we recommend to buy accreditations online.
We also recommend buying to use the online ticketing for cinema screenings in order to keep contact points as low as possible. We will still provide box office if the online purchase is not possible for you.
Cashless Payment: In order to reduce personal contact we recommend to use electronic payments available at the accreditation.
Compulsory Face Mask: Face masks will be required on the entire area. Access will only be allowed for people wearing FFP2 or comparible masks (especially KN95 or N95) without outlet valve. You will not be allowed to enter wearing surgical face masks, cloth masks, face shields or any type of masks with an outlet valve.
Hygiene: You will find hand disinfection dispensers in front of every room.
Temperature measurement: For safety reasons, we measure your temperature before you enter. In case of refusal or increased temperature, admission will be denied. We also exclude participants with cold symptoms from the event. If you suffer from allergy or hay fever symptoms, please provide us with a current medical certificate.
Distance: Please keep, as far as it is possible, your distance from other visitors. Also, please follow the specified guidance system on the premises and in the building to avoid an increased risk of infection.
Restriction of participation: The number of visitors in each room is limited to the number of seats. It is not possible to enter a room, if all seats are taken.
Besondere Vertragsbedingungen im Zusammenhang mit der Corona-Pandemie
Einlass zu den Kongressveranstaltungen
1. Einlass
Der Einlass zu den Kongressveranstaltungen wird nur geimpften oder genesenen Personen gewährt ("2G-Regel"). Zusätzlich muss einmalig ein Nachweis über einen negativen Corona-Test (nicht älter als 24h) vorgelegt werden. Der Test muss mittels eines Zertifikats einer offiziell zugelassenen Teststelle nachgewiesen werden. Antigen-Selbsttests werden nicht als Nachweis akzeptiert. Ein PCR-Test ist nicht erforderlich.
Die Vorlage eines Testresultats ohne Nachweis des vollständigen Impfschutzes oder Genesenenstatus allein erlaubt keinen Zugang zu den Kongressveranstaltungen.
Die Ausgabe der Akkreditierungsbadges erfolgt erst nach der Kontrolle des Impf- oder Genesenenstatus und des Testergebnisses. Besucher mit Akkreditierungsbadge gelten als geprüft und können die Veranstaltungsräume ohne weitere Überprüfung von Impfnachweis und Test betreten.
2. Begriffsdefinitionen
Als geimpft gelten Personen, deren vollständiger Impfschutz mittels abschließender (üblicherweise zweiter) Verabreichung eines von der EMA der EU zugelassenen Impfpräparats mindestens 14 Tage vor dem ersten Betreten der Veranstaltungsräumlichkeiten hergestellt wurde. Der Impfschutz muss mittels eines (digitalen) QR-Zertifikats in Zusammenhang mit dem Ausweis nachgewiesen werden. Impfausweise allein werden nicht als Nachweis akzeptiert.
Als genesen gelten Personen, deren Corona-Infektion mindestens 28 Tage und höchstens 6 Monate vor dem ersten Betreten der Veranstaltungsräumlichkeiten festgestellt wurde. Dafür muss ein entsprechendes (digitales) Zertifikat vorgelegt werden.
3. Erstattung von Kosten
a. Aus Missachtung der vorstehenden Regelungen und dadurch Verwehren des Einlasses erwächst kein Anspruch auf Erstattung von Akkreditierungskosten.
b. Aus Missachtung der vorstehenden Regelungen und dadurch Verwehren des Einlasses erwächst kein Anspruch auf Erstattung sonstiger Kosten (z.B. Reisekosten).
c. Kosten für Impfung, Erstellung von (digitalen) Impf- oder Genesenennachweisen sowie für erforderliche Tests oder sonstige im Zusammenhang mit den unter Punkt 1 genannten Nachweispflichten werden grundsätzlich nicht übernommen.
d. Eine Ausnahme von Punkt 3a. gilt nur dann, wenn nach dem Kauf einer Akkreditierung, aber bis spätestens 16. November 2021 um 24:00 Uhr MEZ eine Infektion mit dem Corona-Virus bei Ihnen festgestellt wird. Bitte wenden Sie sich in diesem Fall mit ärztlichem Nachweis der Infektion an akkreditierung@televisor.de.
e. Sollte es aufgrund kurzfristig erlassener behördlicher Auflagen erforderlich sein, den physischen Kongress vor Ort abzusagen oder massiv derart einzuschränken, dass keine Kongressbesuche mehr möglich sind, wird die Preisdifferenz zwischen regulärer Vor-Ort-Akkreditierung bzw. Kombi-Akkreditierung und Online-Akkreditierung erstattet. Für darüber hinaus gehende Kosten (z.B. Reisekosten) besteht kein Anspruch auf Erstattung. Hiervon ausgenommen sind ausschließlich Kosten, deren Übernahme vorab bestätigt wurde, wie z.B. Reisekosten(-zuschüsse) für Wettbewerbsnominierte oder Referenten, sofern sie nicht storniert werden können.
Special terms connected to the COVID pandemic
Admittance to the congress
(1) Admittance
Admittance to the congress will only be granted to fully vaccinated or recovered people. Additionally, you have to show proof of a negative Corona Test (not older than 24h) once before accreditation pickup. The test has to be in a form of a certificate from an official authorised test center. Antigen-self-tests will not be accepted. A PCR test is not required.
A negative test result alone, without proof of a full vaccination or recovery, will not grant you entrance to the Congress.
The issuance of the Accreditation badges will only take place after checking the vaccination or recovery status and the test result. Participants with an accreditation badge are considered checked and do not have to provide further test results.
(2) Definitions
You are considered fully vaccinated, if you have received all the required doses (usually 2 doses) from one of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) approved vaccines at least 14 days before your first entry to any of the Event premises. The proof of vaccination has to be in digital form with a QR-Certificate in combination with showing your ID. Vaccination certificates alone will not be accepted.
You are considered fully recovered, if the Corona infection happened at least 28 days and maximum 6 month before your first entry to any of the Event premises. To prove your recovery, you have to have a (digital) Certificate.
(3) Reimbursement of costs
a. Failing to comply with all the above mentioned rules, results in denying you admittance and thus you do not have the right to claim for reimbursement of the accreditation costs.
b. Failing to comply with all the above-mentioned rules, results in denying you admittance and thus you do not have the right to claim any other costs (e.g. travel expenses).
c. Vaccination costs, the creation of a (digital) vaccination or recovery certificate, as well as any required tests or anything related to vaccination proof or anything already mentioned in (1), will not be covered.
d. An exception for (3)a. will only be made, if after buying an accreditation, but before 16. November 2021 at midnight the latest, you got infected with the Corona virus. In this case, please contact akkreditierung@televisor.de with your medical proof of being infected.
e. Should there be any short notice changes to governmental COVID19 regulations that require a cancelation or a massive change of the physical on-site Congress, the price difference from the regular on-site-accreditation, combined-accreditation and online-accreditation, will be reimbursed. Any other expenses (e.g. travel expenses) will not be reimbursed. Exempt from this, are expenses that were confirmed to be covered, like travel expense allowances for competition nominees or referee, provided it cannot be cancelled.
